Refund and Return Policy

Effective Date: October 13, 2009

Subscriptions: Magazine subscriptions can be canceled at any point. A refund will be issued based on the unused part of the subscription remaining after the cancellation date. Magazines cannot be returned for a refund.

Online Employment Advertising: There are no refunds on classified advertisements after the ad has posted.

OR/MS Today Resource Directory Listings: There are no refunds on directory listings after the listing has posted.

Books and E-books: Originally printed books (with the exception below*) may be returned to Lionheart Publishing at the purchaser's expense. Refunds will be issued if the book arrives in salable condition. There are no refunds on e-books after 24 hours of payment.
