Responsibilities
- Responsible for the development and management of the Yield Management Systems and its interaction with the reservation system.
- Develops strategic initiatives for YMS development and implementation. Directs outside consultants in the development of enhancements to the System.
- Supervises projects, identifies problems and liaises with IT to resolve them.
- Manages ad hoc projects involving Data Warehouse, Reservation and Yield Management Systems.
- Guides and trains analysts.
- Responsible for six direct reports.
Requirements
- College degree or equivalent work experience required.
- Five years of experience in forecasting, system implementation and database system management required.
- Proficient in Word, Excel and Powerpoint with a working knowledge of computer databases including; Yield Management Systems, POLAR, SQL, and Virtual Basic.
