Princess Cruises is one of the world?s premiere cruise lines, with 17 ships sailing to hundreds of worldwide destinations. We are now recruiting a Manager, Yield Management Systems to join the Yield Management team at our corporate offices in Santa Clarita, CA (just north of Los Angeles).

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the development and management of the Yield Management Systems and its interaction with the reservation system.
  • Develops strategic initiatives for YMS development and implementation. Directs outside consultants in the development of enhancements to the System.
  • Supervises projects, identifies problems and liaises with IT to resolve them.
  • Manages ad hoc projects involving Data Warehouse, Reservation and Yield Management Systems.
  • Guides and trains analysts.
  • Responsible for six direct reports.

Requirements

  • College degree or equivalent work experience required.
  • Five years of experience in forecasting, system implementation and database system management required.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel and Powerpoint with a working knowledge of computer databases including; Yield Management Systems, POLAR, SQL, and Virtual Basic.
