UNIVERSITY Harold and Inge Marcus Department of Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering Tenure-Track Assistant Professor Faculty Position The Harold and Inge Marcus Department of Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering at The Pennsylvania State University invites applications for a fulltime, tenure-track position at the Assistant Professor level. Applicants must have a Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or closely related discipline (or near completion of their doctoral studies) with a demonstrated research potential. They must also possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Candidates are expected to teach undergraduate and graduate courses, establish and lead an innovative research program, supervise graduate students, pursue external funding opportunities, and provide service to the University. The Department is ranked among the top five by US News & World Report for both its graduate and undergraduate programs and recently celebrated its centennial anniversary.
