Coventor and SensFab Team up for MEMS Product Design and Manufacturing

Coventor, Inc. (Cary, N.C.; www.coventor.com) and SensFab Pte Ltd. (Singapore; www.memsenz.com) have entered into a preferred manufacturing partnership for the design and manufacture of micro-electro-mechanical systems (MEMS).
SensFab offers MEMS wafer fabrication. With their current 6-inch wafer line, they have a monthly production capacity of one million units, and plans are underway for expansion. Their affiliate, SenzPak Pte Ltd, is a specialized MEMS packaging house for a wide range of MEMS packaging applications.
The only independent supplier of an end-to-end environment for MEMS development, Coventor supplies MEMS design and simulation software, MEMS Development Platforms, and product engineering. Coventor's preferred partnership program offers a way to cost-effectively transform MEMS designs developed by or with their customers into high volume production products. Using a fabless model, Coventor matches customer requirements to fabrication capability.
