(Toronto, Ont., Canada; www.csisoftware.com) has acquired Friedman Corporation (Deerfield, Ill.; www.friedmancorp.com). Friedman is a provider of configuration-based enterprise resource planning solutions for mid-market manufacturers and distributors. Friedman has a customer base of more than 300 worldwide, with annual revenues of approximately $22 million. Constellation Software is a subsidiary of the Ontario Municipal Employee Retirement System, which is the third largest pension fund in Canada.
