(Charlotte, N.C.; www.ospreysystems.com) has released FlightSupport, a suite of system and software support services designed to help customers take full advantage of their SAP R/3 solutions. FlightSupport offerings focus on the post-implementation environment of SAP R/3 — infrastructure and technology management, application support and enhancement and end-user support and training.

The new offerings — FlightCheck, FlightAssurance and FlightMAP — help customers assess and manage the ongoing infrastructure and technology of SAP R/3 environments. Customers may choose from several defined support packages, based on their specific business needs, the size and complexity of their system and their own resource availability for ongoing system maintenance and management. In addition, the FlightSupport packages can be delivered both remotely and on-site.
